近期社會上及互聯網路上出現了不法分子假冒金鑾證券有限公司（“金鑾證券”或“我司”）名義進行欺詐活動，現我司鄭重聲明如下：
一、金鑾證券為香港證監會認可的持牌法團（中央編號：AEM925），香港交易所參與者。持有第1/4/9類受規管活動牌照，嚴格遵循《證券及期貨條例》，為客戶提供安全可靠的金融服務。
二、個別不法分子假冒金鑾證券名義進行詐騙，其實質意圖乃利用廣大網友及客戶對金鑾證券的信任，達到非法詐騙錢財的目的。形式包括但不限於：
（1）模仿金鑾證券域名，假冒金鑾證券網頁或者應用軟件。在此特別說明：金鑾證券並沒有運營任何應用軟件。任何寫有“金鑾證券”字眼的應用軟件皆與我司無關，請廣大網友及客戶謹慎使用
（2）假冒金鑾證券網址及網頁，抄襲金鑾證券官方網站全部內容。特此聲明，我司官方網站為http://www.kamluensec.com/，客服聯絡電話及郵箱為：852-2106 8903及cs@kamluensec.com，提請廣大客戶注意。以下為不法分子假冒的公司網站
（3）假冒金鑾證券與第三方合作項目，我司否認在網絡上流傳與我司合作的夥伴，例如SPC Capital、SPC理财、众益鑫、苏南帮游资团队、杭州帮游资团队、小鳄鱼游资团队均與我司無合作項目
（4）假冒金鑾證券授權第三方為收款代表，我司從未授權過第三方代為收款，我司的收款只有在香港持牌銀行開立的銀行帳戶，我司銀行帳戶名稱為金鑾證券有限公司，英文為 Kam Luen Securities Limited，其他的銀行帳戶均與我司無關
（5）假冒金鑾證券在其他平台上發表聲明，我司沒有在其他平台上發表聲明，我司只有在官方網站上發表，其他的聲明均與我司無關
（6）模仿金鑾證券公司名稱，本公司名稱為“金鑾證券有限公司”，任何“香港金鑾”、“中國金鑾”“中國香港金鑾”、“金鑾集團”等稱呼，均與我司無關
（7）假冒金鑾證券工作人員電話騷擾客戶
（8）假冒金鑾證券工作人員邀請客戶加入交流群進行薦股、配資、代客操盤等操作等
三、現特別聲明，金鑾證券客服號碼為+852-2106 8903，官方網站為http://www.kamluensec.com/，且不會通過微信、WhatsApp、Telegram等任何即時通訊軟件的方式組織投資諮詢活動及給予投資建議。
